Are there any blackout dates for November/Dec 2024 holidays for submitting apps for publishing in the US market?

There is no blackout dates for submitting your app during holiday season. But to maximize your sales, we strongly encourage you to submit your app as early as possible as we expect high volume of app submission by many of the app developers during this period.
