Game Still Shows as Free After Changing Price to Paid – Need Assistance

Thank you for your response. I would like to provide the specific details you requested so this issue can be reviewed properly.

App Title: Glory or Destruction
Package Type: Android APK
Current App Status: Live
Previous Price: Free
Updated Price: Paid
Pricing Update Submission Time: (isi tanggal & jam Anda mengubah harga)

After submitting the pricing update, the game still appears as Free on the Amazon Appstore, even after more than 20 hours. I have confirmed that there are no pending actions in my Developer Console, and the current version already shows as Live.

Additionally, one user was able to download/purchase the game while it was still listed as Free before the pricing change was supposed to take effect. I would appreciate clarification on:

  1. Whether the pricing update is still processing in Amazon’s backend.

  2. Whether there is a known synchronization delay for price changes.

  3. Whether additional review is required before the new price becomes effective.

  4. Whether I need to take any further actions.

Please also advise if Amazon can handle the case where a user obtained the game for free during the pricing transition.

Thanks for posting. It appears the updated price did not pass the Policy review. Since this was a metadata review, the app will remain live, but the price will not be updated. Please raise a Contact Us case and select Appstore > Content Policy and Test Result for further assistance.
Please note that users who purchased the app at the current price will not be asked for additional payment, nor will their orders be canceled.
