Geographical restrictions

Hello,

Our newly launched app shows the message "You are not eligible to purchase this app due to geographical restrictions. " in every region. However, we have configured and set up this app exactly the same way as two other apps that are already on the store and available for download without any issues. Why can the other two apps be downloaded, but the new app cannot? Could you please help us identify and resolve this problem?

Additionally, is there a way for me to check all the regions or countries where my app is available?
