We are trying to test our app in Amazon, when the tester click on “Get App”, it always show not found page. We already tried re-posting the app, reset subscription and entitlement. Nothing work so far.

Thanks for posting. Did you try clicking on the ‘Get App’ button using a computer web browser or a mobile phone? Can you please try using a computer web browser?
Mobile phone definitely doesn’t work. it can’t even see “Get App” button, but web browser show errors after the button is clicked.
Now it can’t checkout, even after we fill all the information. When press the “continue” button, the page only refresh itself.

Due to geographic restrictions for digital goods, if you are purchasing the app from Amazon.com, please ensure you are using a retail account registered with Amazon.com. Additionally, please make sure to remove any delivery addresses that are not in the United States from the account and add a bank card from the United States for the account.
