If you want to promote your Live App Test (LAT) to the upcoming version of your app, the app file must have a version code greater than the current live version. If you are receiving an error, this may be why.
You can directly submit your test version to be published to the Amazon Appstore with these steps:
- Navigate to your Live App Testing Dashboard page.
- From the Actions drop-down menu, select Promote to Upcoming.
If you have an existing upcoming version, this will overwrite it. When you select Promote to Upcoming, the metadata in the currently live version of your app will be replaced with the metadata from the test version.
