Unless absolutely necessary, Amazon strongly discourages developers from transferring an app to another account, because most Amazon APIs will permanently cease to function. Instead we recommend you suppress the app and resubmit it on the new account.
If you do need to transfer an app, you can do so by contacting Amazon Appstore support.
