Hello, I’m a PhD student conducting research on app reviews. I’m trying to extract all reviews for specific apps from the Amazon Appstore, but I’m limited to only 10 pages of reviews. I’ve tried using the Amazon Appstore API, but it seems to have the same limitation. Has anyone encountered this issue or found a workaround? Dear Amazon Support Team, Thank you for your prompt response. I apologize for any confusion in my earlier message. To clarify, I was not using an official Amazon API. Instead, I was using a tool called Instant Data Scraper to extract app reviews from the Amazon Appstore. In 2023, I was able to successfully scrape all reviews for specific apps using this tool, which allowed me to conduct research and publish my findings. However, I recently noticed that I can no longer access more than 10 pages of reviews for any app. This limitation is hindering my ability to gather the data I need for my ongoing research. I am reaching out to inquire if there is an official API or any other method provided by Amazon that would allow me to access all reviews for specific apps. If not, could you please suggest any alternative solutions or permissions that might be available for academic research purposes?
