I was wondering if it’s possible to reply to user reviews on the Amazon Appstore. Some users of our apps have written reviews, and we’d like to respond to them.

Nope… This has been something that app developers/publishers have been requesting for many years. I would be very shocked if such a feature was ever made available for Amazon app developers. I personally would prefer a native rating/review popup on Amazon apps, such as what Apple has had available for many years.
