There could be a few different reasons why your app isn’t appearing in the Amazon Appstore. Check out this Knowledge Base article:

The first time your new app goes live in the Amazon Appstore, it may take up to 72 hours to appear in search results. If your app has been live longer than 72 hours, you should check the following: Check which devices your app supports. Check which countries your app is available in.
