Greetings. About about 30 days ago, I started getting complaints from IAP purchasers not getting content. The App has been running fine for 16 months and I have NOT changed anything in the interim. Did something on the Amazon IAP side change recently that we need to deal with? I also need a referral to a new skilled FireTV developer because my original programmer has changed jobs. Thank you!

- App Name/ID
- Any information regarding the users who filed the complaint, such as Receipt ID, device type, etc.
