Is creator.amazon.com dead?

Am I out of the loop?

We’ve had a channel using creator.amazon.com for years. Now the channel won’t load for users, though it still works in the preview in the dashboard.

But, our channel won’t change status from “In Progress.” I’ve tried updating a bunch of times with no effect.

Our XML file works, preview works, but it won’t publish.

I’ve sent a bunch of support tickets in. None have been answered.

Any help?

In regards to your Creator app not able to publish the update, it appears that you have submitted case through our Contact Us form. We have requested our internal team to look into it. As this is account specific issue, we will get back to you via the case you have created through Contact Us form.
