Live App Testing email not received

I have created a new test with assigned testers. The test went to Test in Progress status three hours ago but my test account has not received an email. I checked that Appstore promotional emails are allowed. I understand it can take a while for the test to be approved and active, but I don’t see any docs about a delay between the test starting and the email to testers.

Thanks for posting. Could you please try to resend the invitation and ask the testers to check their junk mail folder? Also, check with the testers if they have opted out of LAT emails. If so, you will need to follow the instructions below to opt them back in:

Thank you. I re-sent the invitation and it worked this time.
The tester is me under a different account, so I had checked the junk folder and made sure LAT emails were enabled the first time. I don’t know why it didn’t work then, but it’s all good now.
