My check Payment can't be processed in All bank in My Country

I received a check from amazon payment, but I can’t cash it at All banks in my country. And I have already changed the payment method on my Amazon account. Can the cheque be cancelled and the payment will be transferred to the account according to the payment method I have chosen?

I have changed my payment method to bank transfer, and I received payment emails on September 3 and 4, 2014. It says that my payment will be paid by bank transfer on that date. Then today I checked on the dashboard of my Amazon account that the payment failed.
Can you explain to me why the payment failed?
