Description
Seen the first time by end of August and identified as a Kepler issue second week of September.
Randomly, every 1/10 to 1/5, a playback of a content (Live or VoD) stops after 2 to 3 seconds of playback. When the issue appears, the enduser can see first a blackscreen of 1 second and then an infinite red spinner is displayed. The error message from our application is “pipeline error decode”. When this issue appears the enduser can only exit the playback to start it again.
