System freeze after 3.30 hours of video playback

Steps to reproduce

  1. Boot the Kepler dongle
  2. Launch our App
  3. Zap to a UHD channel

The current behavior

After around 3.30 hours, the video and audio playback are stuck. When this behavior is observed, few minutes after the memory free and available decided rapidly to few MB. The system became unusable and an electrical reboot is necessary.

The expected behavior

no instability or memory leaks

Is this a blocker? Do you have any workarounds?

This is a blocker for the launch of our App.

Can you please share the journalctl logs for the issue?
The attached zip folder - [G4N33M03351401FG.txt] only have one .log file that has multiple crash information - [crash-var_log.log!] and some acr files. As per the issue description, the app freezes after 3.5hours of playback however, as per the attached ACR - 1990#crash_1750417755_30076_5000_22684_93399613_Toolkit-UI.acr the app is crashing due to ANR.
