Request for Name Correction and Resending of Payment

I am writing to confirm that the payment was successfully made from my bank. However, I have been informed by my bank that the account title on the payment slip is listed incorrectly under [Other Name], instead of my correct name, Usama Muddassar.

I kindly request that you update the account title to reflect my correct name and reissue the payment accordingly. I have raised this issue multiple times, but unfortunately, it has not yet been resolved.

Your prompt assistance in correcting this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for posting! Payment information can be updated through the self-service option. Please go to the Developer Console, navigate to Settings > Payments and Benefits, and update your payment details from there.

Thank you so much for helping me the issue my details are already update on payments and benefits portal with the name of usama muddassar the reason is my invoices which my bank received with the name of orher name thats the issue and i don’t received any payment please help me to fix the issue and resend all april payments which is didn’t due to this issue you can check my april status i hope you understand

I noticed that your payee name in the system is not “Usama Muddassar,” and there is no recent audit history. Please confirm whether you have updated your payment information with valid details under Settings > Payments and Benefits.

I am writing to request assistance in updating my payment details on your system. Currently, I am unable to make these changes myself. The invoices generated so far are under the name Other person, but my bank account is registered under Usama Muddassar, which is causing issues with payment release.

My bank has informed me that they cannot process the payments unless the name on the invoices matches the account holder’s name. Therefore, I kindly request that you either:

  1. Grant me access to update the billing name in your system, or
  2. Update the billing name on your end to Usama Muddassar, and resend all previously generated invoices with the corrected name.

I would greatly appreciate your support in resolving this issue as soon as possible so that my bank can release the pending payments.
