Hi everyone,

I recently discovered that someone else is using my business name, Loxavo, in the app development space, which is the name I’ve been using for my apps and games on the Amazon Appstore. This is a major concern for me as it could confuse my customers and harm my brand reputation.

I wanted to ask the community for advice on what steps I can take to address this issue. Has anyone faced a similar situation? If so, how did you resolve it? Should I reach out to Amazon support directly, or are there specific actions I should take to protect my business name and brand?

Thanks for posting. If you believe that another developer’s content distribution infringes on your rights, you may file a formal complaint with the Amazon legal team at Amazon.com - Report Infringement

Doing so will ensure that the appropriate team receives and reviews your request and is able to determine the appropriate action.
