Company Name Change - Developer Ticket Response Time?

I have currently been waiting for 4+ days for an Amazon Developer Staff member to respond to me about changing my company name on my account…

Why, by default, is the company name, “Default User” - This should let you change this upon sign up. This clutters the store with apps made by “Default User” and looks ridiculous.

I would like to know why I am being ignored and when I will be responded to as this is affecting my time here with Amazon Appstore. If this was Google or Apple, they would have responded by now. This is seriously making me consider changing my mind for which platform I develop for. Do better.

Does anyone actually work at Amazon Developer? Why is it so hard to contact you guys? I have put 2 tickets through your support system, ignored. I then put a ticket here, still ignored? You wonder why people develop for Google Play and iOS and wonder why Amazon have no market. I’m this close to leaving and moving my software elsewhere! Shocking service.
