Help
If you still have questions after reading through the docs, here are some pointers!
- Try searching this community space using keywords related to what youβre having trouble with.
- If your question hasnβt been asked, feel free to post a new question and one of our team will help you out!
- If you are a managed partner, you can use our ticketing system for direct support.
- You can also reach out to us through the Contact Us form, and be sure to select the Music Developers category.
Tips and Tricks
- Check the Documentation to see if any of our troubleshooting guides address your issue!
- Review previous questions asked by other developers to see if someone already asked your question.
- Create concise and self-explanatory titles for your questions. If your title is vague and only one word, it will take longer for us to get to them!
- Provide error messages, code snippets, steps to reproduce, example of http request, anything else you tried. If you are stuck on an issue, provide as much info as you can to reduce back and forth communication. We want to get you unstuck as soon as we can.
Thatβs it, hope you enjoy your Amazon Music journey!
Feel free to browse through our the Amazon Music Developer Community once you are done with the steps above!
