Where do I find my customer ID (ECID / CID) and vendor ID?

When contacting Amazon developer support or posting in this community space, you may be asked to provide your customer ID in order to identify your apps and investigate any issues you are facing.

To find your customer ID (and vendor ID):

  1. Open developer.amazon.com/mycid.html in your browser
  2. :warning: If you have multiple Amazon accounts, make sure to log into same account you used to previously submit app(s)
  3. Once logged into your Amazon Account, your customer ID is displayed on that page
