Amazon.com, Amazon.ca & Amazon.de payments are still pending

I want to put your attention on this matter that Amazon.com, Amazon.ca & Amazon.de payments are still pending. We have received the email on 31st May and still payments are not updated on our develoepr console and not received in our bank accounts. While Amazon.uk & Amazon.co.jp payments are received and also update on our console. I request you to please look at this issue.
