Some Marketplaces are missing from the Earnings & Payments

Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well. Today is the 31st, and when I checked Reporting → Earnings & Payments, I noticed that some marketplaces are missing, as you can see in the attached picture, such as amazon.co.uk, Amazon.com.au, Amazon.com.mx, Amazon.de ….:

This is the first time I have encountered such an issue. Is this normal?

It’s the 4th, and they’re still missing. I don’t know why.

Thanks for posting. For your bank location, the supported payment method is Wire. Please note that before Amazon issues a payment for a marketplace, your payment balance must meet the applicable minimum threshold based on the payment method and the marketplace currency:

Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT):
$0 USD, €0 EUR, £0 GBP, ¥0 JPY, $0 CAD, R$20 BRL

Wire:
$100 USD, €100 EUR, £100 GBP, ¥10,000 JPY, $100 CAD, $1000 MXN

Check:
$100 USD, €100 EUR, £100 GBP, $100 CAD

For sales on the Brazil marketplaces, the minimum threshold for international Direct Deposit payments is the equivalent of $100 USD for all developers outside of Brazil.

Once your balance due exceeds the applicable payment threshold, we will remit payment approximately 30 days after the end of the calendar month in which the mobile app sales occurred. For example, sales made in April would be paid out at the end of May.

Please note that minimum payment thresholds are applied to your payment balance, not your gross revenue. Your payment balance is calculated after revenue sharing and applicable tax withholding.

@Emma Thank you so much for your reply. Sorry, but our issue is different. Some marketplaces are missing from the Earnings & Payments section. In previous months, we were able to see earnings from all marketplaces even if they did not reach the minimum threshold (and therefore we were not getting paid for them). However, now only a few of them are showing, while the rest are not (as you can see in the attached image).

Hi @Emma we have also facing the same issue for one of our market place amazon.com. The payment for this market place has not been updated yet or not been released still and we have received the mail that paymetn has been on31st DEC but not more than 6 days has been passed still amazon.com payment has not been processed and not updated in our developer dashboard. I request you to please look at this urgent issue asap.
