The usage policy for images generated by DALL-E states that the owner of the image is the person who created it. However, when using illustrations of historical figures like George Washington or Beethoven generated by DALL-E in an app, how should you report this to the Amazon Appstore at the time of application? I would like to report this before facing any rejection.

At this time, we do not have a way to submit confirmation of intellectual property rights at the same time as your app submission. You can either submit your documentation via the Contact Us form, or once we’ve processed your submission, we will let you know about any needed confirmation by email, which you can respond to.
