Welcome to the forums, and thanks for posting! Could you please clarify what you mean by “Amazon web app”?
Currently, Amazon Appstore supports only Android mobile apps. Mobile Web apps are no longer supported since 31-Oct, although previously submitted web apps that are live, will continue to be available for users to download.
If however you are asking about the mobile version of Amazon’s Appstore, then you can use it to download various mobile apps. Within those individual apps, you can purchase subscriptions or other in-app items, if the app offers them.
