An app has been rolled out 10%. We want to increase the rollout, but accessing the Current Version tab shows:
" Ahhhhhhhh! This page does not exists ;)"
Has anyone encountered this? Could anyone offer a tip on the remedy?

It appears that this could be account specific issue that you may be experiencing.
We ask you to submit case via Contact Us form (Amazon Developer Support | Amazon Developer Portal)
It was likely a temporary technical glitch. It is working now and the rollout works.
