Hi everyone,

I’m integrating Amazon Appstore IAP subscriptions in a Fire TV app (India marketplace). The purchase UI opens and I can navigate to UPI Scan & Pay, but when I select it, it immediately shows:

> “UPI failed, please try with different payment method”

Other apps on the same Fire TV device and same Amazon account show the UPI QR code screen and proceed normally.

Environment

  • Device: Fire TV

  • Marketplace: IN (India)

  • Purchase type: Auto-renewing subscription

  • Testing: Live App Testing (LAT) (not yet verified in production)
