I wanted to ask other publishers about their experience communicating with the APS team.
For more than a month, I have been trying to reach APS regarding monetization and technical issues through the Contact Us channel, but I have not received any meaningful updates or responses.
I’m wondering:

Is Contact Us the primary way to communicate with APS?

Is there a dedicated APS support channel for publishers?

Are there account managers or publisher representatives that can help?

Has anyone found a more effective way to get assistance when cases remain unanswered for an extended period?
I understand support teams can be busy, but after more than a month without progress, I’m hoping to learn how other publishers successfully communicate with the APS team.
