Are there any other contact channels besides support tickets/cases to address important technical issues?
I’m not referring to asking for help, or guidance, but to situations like reporting important bugs, account administration, security, etc.
We’ve seen tickets being ignored (no human answer or acknowledgement) for weeks and in some cases even months, which is completely different than what we’re used to with AWS (just to give an example).
We wouldn’t mind paying for being able to contact a human being in certain important situations where waiting for weeks or even months to get an answer is simply not possible.
