I get error with only Firestick 4K (Gen 2)

I have an app in the appstore that was working great on all of my Fire Sticks.
I have the 4K Gen 1, Firestick 3rd Gen (2020), and a fire Cube 2nd gen (2019), and I had a friend just pick up the 4K Gen 2 running OS 8.1.1.1. He said he was having an issue with it, so I picked me up one and definitely an issue.

I’ve been googling like crazy and checking for updates. I updated my AGP to 8.4.1, all to no avail. I only receive this issue on the 4k Gen2. When I click on the video to start playing. I get this issue. Here’s the stack trace:

Any and all help will be much appreciated!

Hi Michael,

Thanks for letting us know. I asked the relevant team to investigate. However, could you please specify the name of your app, or if you don’t want to share it publicly, then login to your Developer Portal account, and send us that info via the Contact Us form. Thanks!

Thank you for the response! The name of my app is OSI 74. If there’s anything else I can do to help, please let me know.

Is there any updates on this issue? I’ve been trying to find a work around for this issue, but I’ve not been able to come up with anything.
