Unable to Install Live App from Store on a Compatible FireTV Stick Device

Hi Team,

FireTV Device under test - Fire TV Stick 4K Max

One of our User has this device and he is not able to install our app from the AppStore.

We tried to free up some more space on the device and then tried, But the Issue persists.

In the App Store, we are already supporting this Device below -

Thanks for posting. If the user can find the app in the App Store and only this user is experiencing the issue, it seems to be a device-specific problem. The user may contact Customer Service or post in the Fire TV forum for further assistance.
