I have contacted Amazon through the Contact Us channel multiple times requesting the specific location of the reported violations so that I can fix them.
Unfortunately, I keep receiving policy links and template responses, but no screenshots, reviewer notes, or navigation paths that would help me identify the issue.
I am fully willing to make any required changes, but without knowing where the violation exists, I cannot move forward with the update.
Additionally, I have noticed that review results for the same codebase have been inconsistent. In some reviews, certain violations are cited, while in other reviews of the same code version, those violations are not mentioned at all. This makes it even more difficult to understand what specific issue needs to be addressed.
Could a moderator please help review or escalate this case? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
