Hello Amazon Developer Community,
I would like to report a possible issue with the Amazon Apps & Services Developer Console.
My identity verification appears to have been successfully completed, and the console shows “Your account review is complete.” However, at the same time, I continue to receive the red message “Complete your account identity verification”, stating that verification is required before I can submit or update apps.
What makes this more concerning is that I know several other developers from different countries who are experiencing the same or very similar issues with the Developer Console during the same period. We have also noticed unusual delays with app reviews, including apps remaining in “In Review” for much longer than expected.
This makes me wonder whether there could be a technical or synchronization issue affecting the Developer Console, rather than individual account problems.
Could Amazon please investigate whether there is currently a system-side issue affecting identity verification, app review status, or the Developer Console?
I would appreciate any confirmation from Amazon staff or other developers experiencing the same behavior.
