Hello Amazon Developer Support,
I am trying to set up my Amazon Developer account as a Business account in order to publish my application on the Amazon Appstore.
I am currently blocked at the identity verification step. I have already attempted the verification twice, but after uploading the requested documents and waiting approximately one minute, I am redirected back to the Developer Console homepage.
The message “Complete your account identity verification” remains displayed, and clicking “verify your identity” asks me to start the process again.
I would like to confirm that my developer account is being registered and verified as a Business/Company account, not as an Individual account.
I have only one verification attempt remaining, so I do not want to submit the documents again before confirming the correct procedure.
Could you please:
- Confirm whether my account is currently registered as Individual or Business.
- Help me complete or switch the developer account registration to Business/Company.
- Tell me which business and identity documents are required.
- Check why my previous two verification attempts did not complete.
- Advise me on what I should do before using my final verification attempt.
I would like to publish my Android/Fire TV application through my business developer account.
