Amazon Appstore Developer Verification Failing Multiple Times – Stuck with Support Bot

We are currently facing an issue with developer verification on the Amazon Appstore and we are stuck without a clear resolution.

Issue:

  • While trying to complete developer verification, the process failed 2–3 times.

  • After multiple failed attempts, the system is now asking me to contact support.

  • When contacting support, I’m only getting responses from the bot, which hasn’t resolved the issue.

Support Ticket Problem:

  • I raised a support ticket regarding this issue.

  • Since there was no proper response, I tried raising additional tickets.

  • However, those tickets are being closed as “duplicate tickets”, and only one ticket is kept open.

  • The remaining active ticket is not progressing or getting a meaningful response

  • So can anyone let us know what should we do and how to actually contact a proper support person for this issue.

Please note that to complete the identity verification process, the Full Legal Name entered under the Company Profile section of your Amazon Developer account must match the name on your government-issued ID (in the same language). You can edit the Full Legal Name by clicking the Edit button. It appears you may be submitting a company ID rather than the account owner’s personal ID. Please use the account owner’s personal government-issued ID instead.
