We are currently facing an issue with developer verification on the Amazon Appstore and we are stuck without a clear resolution.
Issue:

While trying to complete developer verification, the process failed 2–3 times.

After multiple failed attempts, the system is now asking me to contact support.

When contacting support, I’m only getting responses from the bot, which hasn’t resolved the issue.
Support Ticket Problem:

I raised a support ticket regarding this issue.

Since there was no proper response, I tried raising additional tickets.

However, those tickets are being closed as “duplicate tickets”, and only one ticket is kept open.

The remaining active ticket is not progressing or getting a meaningful response

So can anyone let us know what should we do and how to actually contact a proper support person for this issue.
