Title: Unable to complete Amazon Developer registration or access support
Our Amazon Developer registration repeatedly fails with the generic error:
“Something went wrong. Please try again by reloading the page.”
All required fields pass validation. We also tried Latin-character business
name and address, another browser, and a clean session.
The affected account has not completed registration. Therefore, opening
/support/cases/new redirects back to:
/settings/console/registration?return_to=/support/cases/new
Please escalate this to Developer Account Support and check the registration
eligibility/status of the affected Amazon account.
Affected account: zil***@gjdldt.cn
Country: China
Account type: Business
Legal entity: 硅基动力(深圳)科技有限公司
Could you remove the brackets () in your legal entity name and try again? If you’d like to keep the brackets in your name, you can contact the support team to update it after completing the registration.
When submitting the Amazon Developer registration form, the registration request completes, but the subsequent request to https://devportal-eu.amazon.com/registration/agreement/api.html fails with no response headers and is reported as a CORS error. The portal then displays “Something went wrong. Please try again by reloading the page.” I reproduced this in multiple browsers and networks. Please check the registration state and access to the EU developer portal for my account.
The user identified the actual failure as a CORS error on the
devportal-eu.amazon.com- registration/agreement/api.html call, and
you confirmed you “removed the incomplete registration that was
stuck” for their account, after which they registered successfully.
Could you please do the same for my two accounts — remove the stuck
incomplete registration state so I can retry?
