After I submitted the dynamic app for testing in the App Manager, I received a test invitation via email, but no push messages were sent to the device, so I couldn’t test it. It was working a month ago, but it has stopped working recently.
Have you encountered this problem? Can anyone help me?

Can you please check on the Appstore app on your device, are you able to find the Live App Testing app under “My App” section?
There’s no My App section in the appstore app.
It’s only have “APPS/GAMES/UPDATES/Subscriptions” sections
By the way, some of our app suddenly disappeared from the search result although it’s normally in the appstore.
The following may be the reasons why the testers do not see the Live App Testing APK in their Cloud tab:
- The tester may need to resync their account to pull in the new version. You can do this through Settings (Settings > My Account > Sync Amazon Content).
- The tester needs to verify they have accepted the e-mail invitation and received a confirmation of purchase.
- The tester needs to ensure that they accepted the live app testing invitation with the Amazon account they are using for testing.
- The tester might not have a compatible device.
