Good luck @afterglow I asked the same about a year and a half ago. No response (Support from the App group is very different from support from the retail arm of Amazon!)

I was looking for some clarity on the Show 21 and it’s touch controls please.
I have an app TVONOS that works OK on the Fire TV and the Show 21 with a remote control. However, it will not work with touch controls on the Show 21 no matter what I attempt. I have had the App Beta tested on other touch devices with exactly the same changes and things work OK with the touch controls.
