I am facing issues connecting with the support team through my developer support page. I have raised a case (Case ID 20237240001) and also sent follow-up emails, but no one is answering.
Instead of responding, my case is just sitting “In Process” with no update. I have been waiting since 05/09/26.
Please look into this matter, as my team is waiting for a response from the support team. I just need someone to manually check my account once.
