I am facing issues connecting with the support team through my developer support page. I have raised multiple queries, but none of them have been answered. Instead of responding, my cases were closed. I have created around 4–5 cases over time, but the issue remains unresolved.

Please look into this matter, as my team is waiting for a response from the support team.
