Apps disappearing from dev account

Several apps have recently disappeared from our developer account and it’s been over 72hs since we reported it, still without any kind of answer from support.

We believe this to be a critical issue considering the implications we reported, and not having any kind of even a minimal answer is worrying to say the least.

Is there any other way of reporting or escalating this beyond a standard case?

Thanks for posting. It appears that your issue is related to account termination due to policy violations. We’ve received your contact-us case (18867190841), and it is currently being reviewed by the support team. They will follow up with you as soon as possible.

That is strange, and somehow quite worrying, because we received absolutely no communication at all from Amazon regarding a possible policy violation from the involved apps or any of its content.

We won’t share the specific details of the mentioned case since we understand they are private, but it’s been over a week and we still don’t have any response.

Even considering a possible situation of involuntary policy violation, should developers assume it’s normal for Amazon to completely wipe an app or account without any kind of notice, and even after that, ignore a simple request for clarification?

As I mentioned, this is worrying and raises some serious questions about the overall value of publishing apps on this platform.
