I couldn’t able to verify my passport ID in developed portal

When I am trying to verify my passport ID it showing me the ID name is not same and I check my company name my company name is exact same as my name in the passport.

Now I am tried more than three times so that my limit is reached. And I make a case regarding this Case ID : 21016794591

I have an urgency of the developer account so that please verify my ID and register my developed account
