Unable to verify identity

I tried submitting this via the Contact Us form, but received a Something Went Wrong error upon submission. So I am trying to get support via this forum…

Detailed Description of Issue:

I am unable to verify my ID. I tried twice and now when I try to verify again I get the following message:

“Account Identity Verification Failed.
Your identity verification has failed. You cannot upload apps. Seek help (chatbot) or contact us under Appstore → Appstore Identity Verification for further assistance.”

Type of Verification Method Selected (Photo upload/Live verification):

Photo upload

Account Type (Appstore/Alexa/Seller etc):

To get help, please try creating a Contact Us case by selecting Appstore > Account Administration > Identity Verification. If you’re having trouble submitting the form, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser.
