I need to follow up on an App rejection. When I click the link to appeal (contact us) it leads me to:
https://developer.amazon.com/support/cases/new
BUt I get a 403 error. I am logged in my Amazon Developer account and accessing the link from within the App Status page - I should have access to the Appeal form to follow up on my App rejection. I’ve used it before with the same account on other app submissions.
Can someone from Amazon fix it?
