Developer support team not responding to my query

I raised a support request through my developer account approximately one week ago regarding the enablement of Tiered Subscriptions for our app. However, we have not yet received a response, and the request is still showing the status as “In Process: Pending Amazon action.”

We are currently blocked on this integration and are awaiting guidance from the support team in order to proceed further. We would appreciate it if anyone could kindly look into this request and let us know the next steps or any additional information required from our side.
