Error 500 when logging to my developper account

Hello,

When connecting after registration, I face the following error:

HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error

I’m on Firefox.

Tried with edge, got the OTP, then again error 500 on following URL:
HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error

Any idea ?

Ben

Hello,

Thank you for posting your comment in the forum.

We have not seen any other Internal Server Error being reported and it would be difficult to troubleshoot. Most of these Internal Server Error often gets resolved on developer’s end. That being said, we suggest you to try accessing your developer account from different environment, check your internet security, etc.

Tried without antivirus, without VPN, with another browser; with my phone.
I’m pretty sure it’s a problem related to my account.
I would like to create a new account, but I can’t as my phone number is associated to my first account.
Any idea how I could reset my developer account, or create an account without a phone number ?

How about try private mode?

Maybe some cookie is broken.

You should be able to associate one phone number with multiple developer accounts. Alternatively, you can try creating an Amazon retail account on Amazon.com first, add your phone number for two-step verification and then use the same login credentials to sign in to the Amazon Developer Portal.

For more information, please refer to our FAQ:

Q: I have multiple Amazon developer accounts and only one phone number. Can I have one phone number linked to multiple accounts for two-step verification?

Yes, you can have one phone number associated with multiple accounts. To accomplish this, add the phone number through the Amazon retail website, following the steps outlined in Where can I add or edit my current phone number?
