Experiencing a very large drop in sales, especially in January

Hi everyone,

I hope you are all doing well. Since June 2025, we have noticed a significant decline in sales and installs. This issue has continued until today, and unfortunately it has become much worse this month, with sales and installs dropping by nearly 70%.

Our account is in good standing with no violations, and our apps are fully up to date. Despite these low numbers, we have continued publishing new apps in the hope that sales and installs would improve, but unfortunately there has been no change.

Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue?

Yes, the same here. It seems this pattern repeats every few months followed by month or two of normalization.

I completely agree. However, last year, it started in September and improved by December. This time, it has been happening since June and has been getting worse month by month.
