How to test the example Matter TV Casting iOS app?

I have built the Matter TV Casting iOS example app

and would like to test it with my Fire TV Stick 4K Max.

The documentation

states that “your Amazon Customer ID must be allow-listed first.”

What does this mean exactly, and what steps should I take to successfully test the app on my Fire TV device?
