I need to enable/reopen my closed account under work email

I need to enable/reopen my closed account in Amazon Developer. Currently after login to https://developer.amazon.com/, I’m getting error below:


Account closed

According to our records, you closed your account associated with ME***********. If you would like to access the developer portal, please create a new Amazon developer account with different login credentials. For more information, please check the inbox/spam folder of the email address associated with your account for an email from “Amazon Appstore Team”. If you have additional questions please contact us here.


I have already created a Support Case in contact us, and pending from Amazon Developer Support to get back, but I’m not sure how long it will take. I also need to use the same work email to continue my work on Amazon Developer, otherwise I am not authorized to work with any other emails. Can anyone help?

My Amazon Developer account was suddenly closed without any clear reason. This account has my pending earnings inside, and I have always followed Amazon policies. I tried contacting support through the “Contact Us” form, but I only received automated replies and no real help.

I believe this closure may have been a mistake, and I kindly request a manual review of my case.
