I’ve noticed a significant drop and difference between reported Units Sold and our own analytics. In some occasions the difference is almost 50% which cannot be ignored anymore because it’s a serious amount of money.

Thank you for posting your comment in the forum. As of now, we currently see no technical issues that would be causing low download numbers. Unfortunately we cannot speculate on the reasons for your sales numbers. Please note that it is fairly common to observe low number of sales after holiday season (Nov~Dec) and we also cannot provide specifics on low number of sales from the use of 3rd party analytical tools.
I agree we also have the same problem, the is not normal
