The reported units sold have not been updated since the 5th

Hi everyone,

We noticed that the Units (Reporting>Units) data in the Amazon Appstore Developer Console hasn’t been updated since the 5th. I just wanted to check if this issue is happening only on our side, or if it’s affecting everyone.

Are you seeing the same problem in your dashboards?

It seems the report has been updated to Oct 8. Please let us know if you’re still experiencing the issue.

Hi @Emma Thank you so much for your reply. I can confirm that the report is now updated, but we have noticed a significant drop in units sold over the past three months, with a very noticeable decline this month (October) in particular. We consistently run promotions and have not made any changes to our apps that could affect their ranking in the Amazon Appstore. Could you please look into this matter? Thank you.
